SARCCM welcomes a new researcher Professor Charles Lemckert. Charles specializes Environmental fluid dynamics, science and engineering education, water engineering. He is the President of the Ocean Science Section, Asia Oceania Geosciences Society and a Fellow of Institute of Engineers Australia (FIEAust). Recently Charles has been appointed as the Head of Discipline - Built Environment and Design, University of Canberra.
