The 3rd Workshop on Coastal Resilience

The 3rd Workshop on Coastal Resilience was held on 26 June. A/Prof Fangbao Tian and Prof. John Young were invited to present the research interests and expertise of their team, emphasizing their potential contributions to enhancing coastal resilience. Engaging discussions with A/Prof Minako Sakai, A/Prof Jianfeng Xue, and Prof. Xiao Hua Wang focused on fostering long-term collaboration across different schools and identifying the most effective strategies for building partnerships and leveraging academic expertise. Additionally, plans for the upcoming International Coastal Resilience Workshop, scheduled for 18-19 July, were discussed. Special thanks to SET for funding this workshop and organizing the afternoon tea.
